"Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn't you - all of the expectations, all of the beliefs - and becoming who you really are."

Shamanic Healing Ceremonies

For thousands of years, shamanic traditions have recognised that healing does not happen only within the physical body.
Beneath the surface of our everyday lives exists a deeper energetic world — a place where our experiences, emotions and ancestral stories are held.
Within these traditions it is understood that many of the challenges we face in life are not only physical or psychological, but are also connected to imbalances within the Luminous Energy Field, the energetic body that surrounds and informs our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Through ceremony we are invited to step into this sacred space, where healing can unfold not only for the body, but for the soul.
Shamanic ceremonies create an opportunity to bring awareness and light to the deeper layers of our experience, gently releasing what no longer serves and restoring harmony within our lives.
Each ceremony unfolds in its own way, guided by the wisdom of the tradition, the support of spirit and the unique needs of the person receiving the work.
Entering the Sacred Space
Every ceremony begins by creating a sacred and protected space.
We take time to arrive, to slow down and to explore what has brought you to the ceremony. You may feel ready to release something that has been weighing on you, or you may simply feel a quiet call toward healing and reconnection.
From this place of intention the ceremony begins to unfold.
Working within shamanic traditions, I call upon the support of spirit allies and the wisdom of the unseen world to guide the healing process.
The work takes place within the Luminous Energy Field, where the deeper energetic patterns of our lives are held.
Through ceremony we begin to bring awareness and light to these layers so that healing can gently unfold.
The Experience of Ceremony
Each ceremony is unique, shaped by the needs of the person receiving it.
Some people experience the session as deeply peaceful and meditative, drifting into a state of rest where the body relaxes and the mind becomes quiet. Others notice sensations of warmth or movement within the body, emotional release, or moments of insight and clarity.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a ceremony.
For many people, the most profound part of the process is simply being held within a compassionate and sacred space where the body and spirit are able to soften and release what has been carried for so long.
What This Work Can Support
People often come to shamanic ceremonies during times when something in life feels out of balance.
Sometimes there is a sense of heaviness that cannot easily be explained. At other times it may be a repeating pattern, an emotional wound or a moment of transition where guidance and clarity are needed.
Through ceremony we can begin to release energetic imprints held within the luminous field and restore the natural flow of life force energy.
Many people find that this work supports:
-
emotional healing and release
-
clarity during life transitions
-
breaking old patterns and cycles
-
reconnecting with intuition and inner guidance
-
restoring balance to the body, mind and spirit
-
deepening spiritual connection
Often the shifts that occur during ceremony continue to unfold gently over time, revealing themselves in the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to the path we walk in life.
The Andean Lineage
The work I offer is deeply influenced by the teachings of the Andean shamans of Peru, particularly the wisdom carried by the Q’ero people — often described as the last living descendants of the Inca tradition.
Within this lineage, healing is understood not as fixing what is broken, but as restoring harmony within the web of relationships that connects us to ourselves, to one another, to nature and to spirit.
These teachings speak of living in ayni — a sacred principle of reciprocity and balance — where healing arises through right relationship with the world around us.
The ceremonies and energetic practices I share are inspired by these traditions and are offered with deep respect for the lineage and the wisdom that continues to be carried by the Andean medicine keepers.
My intention in offering this work is to honour these teachings while creating a compassionate and grounded space where healing can unfold naturally.
At the heart of these teachings is the understanding that we are never separate from the living world — healing happens when we remember our place within it.
Ceremonial Practices
The ceremonies I offer draw from a range of shamanic traditions and may weave together different healing practices depending on what arises during the session.
Each ceremony is guided intuitively, allowing the work to respond to what is most needed in the moment.
Within shamanic healing it is understood that many of the experiences we carry leave energetic imprints within the luminous energy field that surrounds the body. Through ceremony we gently bring awareness and light to these layers, allowing the natural flow of life force energy to be restored.
While different practices exist within the tradition, these are not techniques that are simply selected in advance. Occasionally someone may come to ceremony believing they need a specific practice, such as soul retrieval or extraction. However, part of the healing process involves listening carefully to what is truly present within the energy field.
Sometimes the issue we initially perceive is only the surface layer of a deeper pattern. In these moments the ceremony may begin with other forms of healing — clearing heavy energies, restoring balance or addressing ancestral influences — before the deeper work can safely unfold.
In some cases the process may even involve preparing the energetic foundations through another ceremony, or returning to the work at a later time once the body and spirit have had space to integrate the first stages of healing.
For this reason, ceremonies are not rigidly structured but guided by what is most supportive for the person receiving the work.

Among the practices you may receive are:
Illumination
A core shamanic healing practice that clears heavy energies from the luminous energy field and brings light to the energetic imprints left by past experiences.
Soul Retrieval
A ceremony that helps restore lost aspects of the soul that may have fragmented during times of trauma or emotional difficulty, supporting a deeper sense of wholeness and vitality.
Power Retrieval
A practice that restores personal power and life force energy that may have been lost during challenging experiences.
Extraction
A process that gently removes intrusive or stagnant energies from the luminous field, allowing the body’s natural energetic balance to return.
Khuya Limpia
A traditional energetic cleansing practice used to clear heavy energies and restore harmony within the body and luminous field.
Chumpi Khuya
Energetic healing working with the medicine bands of the energy body to restore protection, balance and alignment.
Ancestral Healing
Ceremonial work that brings awareness and healing to patterns or energetic imprints carried through family lineage.
Journeying for Guidance
A shamanic journey undertaken with the support of spirit allies to receive insight, guidance or understanding for the path ahead.
Munay Ki Rites
Sacred rites of initiation originating from the Andean tradition that support personal transformation and spiritual awakening.
After the Ceremony
Healing often continues to unfold long after the ceremony itself has ended.
In the hours and days that follow, many people notice subtle shifts taking place. This may appear as emotional release, new insights, vivid dreams or simply a sense of lightness and clarity.
The integration period is an important part of the healing process, allowing the body and spirit to settle into the changes that have taken place.
You will be encouraged to take time for rest, reflection and gentle awareness so that the healing can continue to unfold naturally.
A Gentle Invitation
