My Approach to Massage

Every massage begins with a gentle check-in: What are you needing today? What is your body asking for? Together, we set an intention for the session and co-create an environment that supports you—whether it’s choosing music that feels nurturing, adjusting pressure, or creating clear energetic and physical boundaries.

Massage doesn’t just affect muscle tissue—it supports the nervous system, regulates breath, improves circulation, and helps bring the entire body-mind back into harmony. I also offer the option of combining bodywork with energetic practices, creating a bridge between the physical and subtle bodies for deeper alignment.

This deeply grounding treatment works from head to toe, allowing the whole body to unwind. I use long, flowing strokes, kneading, and compression to release muscular tension, stimulate lymphatic flow, and promote relaxation.

Indian Head Massage

Rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, this seated or reclined massage focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back—areas where we often carry the weight of the world. Using rhythmic strokes, gentle pressure points, and grounding movements, this massage helps release mental tension and restore clarity.

Bamboo Massage

Using gently warmed bamboo sticks of varying sizes, this treatment offers a unique blend of deep pressure and flowing movement. The bamboo tools glide, roll, and knead the muscles, helping to improve flexibility, ease tightness, and stimulate blood flow.

Hot Stone Massage (Temporarily Unavailable)

Heated basalt stones are placed on key energy centers and used to massage the body, allowing the warmth to penetrate deep into the muscles. This treatment melts tension, encourages circulation, and calms the nervous system.

  • Anyone feeling emotionally or physically cold or depleted

The heat from the stones allows for deeper release without the need for intense pressure—it's soothing, nurturing, and profoundly restorative.
