Meet Hannah - Medicine Woman

Hello and welcome.

My name is HannaH, and I am a Shamanic Practitioner based in the UK, walking the path of the Andean shamans of Peru—the Q’ero lineage of the Inca tradition.

A Lifelong Connection to the Sacred
Since childhood, I’ve felt a deep connection to the natural world.
As a little girl, I could often be found with sticks, stones, feathers, and moss tucked away in my pockets or school bag. I’d take the long way home from school, just to sit by the trees or lay in the grass, listening to the hum of the earth—the scurrying of squirrels, the calls of birds, the aliveness of the woodlands and fields.

Back then, I didn’t have a word for what I believed.

Today, I know it as animism—the understanding that everything is alive, and that the world is made of sacred relationships.

Animals have always been woven into the fabric of my life. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds—and one of my greatest passions, horses.

For me, the connection between horse and human is something beyond words. Horses are wise teachers and profound mirrors. They’ve challenged me, taught me, and blessed me with their non-judgmental, honest presence. Many of my deepest lessons have come from these four-legged companions.

Walking the Medicine Path

As I matured into womanhood, I began facing challenges with my menstrual cycle. Even at a young age, I could feel my body whispering that there had to be another way—a more natural, nourishing way to support myself beyond the modern approaches I was offered.

Back then, there were few resources for womb healing or menstrual health. But in time, I discovered the 13th Rite of the Womb, a sacred transmission from the women’s medicine of the Amazon. I found myself in circles with fellow sisters, at workshops and retreats, learning and remembering the wisdom of the womb.

This path continues to unfold for me as I listen to my own body and its rhythms, learning, adapting, and deepening into this sacred work. Today, I feel called to hold space for others—especially women, though not exclusively—who wish to reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies and their wombs.

Through womb healing, massage, energy work, and ceremony, I support those who carry a womb (or have carried one in this life) to release stored trauma, balance their cycles, and awaken their creative life force.

My Healing Philosophy

The Inca tradition of the Andes has taught me that healing is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering who we truly are.

This sacred tradition has taught me how to heal and transform parts of myself that no longer served me—outdated stories, inherited wounds, and limiting beliefs that once kept me small. Through this work, I continue to cultivate a life that is richer, fuller, and aligned with the truth of who I am becoming.

For me, this journey is ongoing. Healing is not a destination but a continuous unfolding—like a flower gently revealing its petals, slowly opening to expose the gold within. As I tend to my own growth, I gather wisdom, compassion, and tools that I can share with others. This is not just my work—it is my medicine and my way of life.

Over time, I have come to understand that much of the version of myself I once carried was made of stories—not just my own, but those of my ancestors, my past lives, society’s expectations, and projections from others. Recognizing this has allowed me to gently release what no longer belongs, creating space for all parts of me to return—both the wounded pieces I once rejected and the treasures I didn’t believe I deserved.

This path has given me tools that are both self-empowering and self-supportive. It has created a safe inner world where I can continue to explore, heal, and live life more fully—with authenticity, joy, and integrity.

At the heart of my practice is the Andean concept of Ayni—Sacred Reciprocity. To live in Ayni is to walk in balance and right relationship with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. It is this cycle of giving and receiving that inspires me to share these healing practices with others.
